4. Financial Policy & Payment
Payment for dental services is the responsibility of the patient. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our financial policies:
- Payment Due at Time of Service: Co-payments, deductibles, and any amounts not covered by insurance are due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Insurance: We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans (including Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, and MetLife). As a courtesy, we will submit claims on your behalf. However, insurance coverage is never guaranteed — we bill based on estimated benefits, and any remaining balance after insurance payment is your responsibility.
- Dedicated Dental Plan: For patients without insurance, we offer our in-house Dedicated Dental Plan, which is a discount program and not insurance. Specific terms are provided at enrollment.
- Past-Due Accounts: Accounts more than 60 days past due may be subject to a finance charge and may be referred to a collections agency. You agree to reimburse any reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, if applicable.
- Financing: We accept CareCredit and similar healthcare financing options for larger treatment plans. Financing terms are governed by the financing provider's agreement.
- Returned Checks: A fee of $35 will be assessed for any returned checks.
5. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We reserve appointment times exclusively for you. Out of respect for our patients and staff, we ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
